Jewellery care
always wear your pieces with care, especially because seaglass is fragile, avoid contact with harsh chemicals and store in air-tight containers when possible.
gold-filled and sterling silver pieces tarnish with extended wear and exposure to natural elements and water over time, like all pure metal jewellery. They can be easily cleaned with jewellery cleaner and/or jewellery polishing cloths.
seaglass itself can be cleaned with soap, water and a toothbrush if necessary. Use mineral oil on all seaglass pieces to refresh them and make the colours pop and shine again. Just dab a little on your fingers then rub the sea glass pieces and dry with a paper towel.
as part of our brand, our pieces are not modified. This is to keep the look of our pieces as natural as possible. This does mean that some earrings have sharp and or differently weathered edges or sides, although most of our collection is substantially weathered. In the description, we have stated how sharp on a scale of; 'well weathered' - 'weathered' - 'slightly weathered' a pair of earrings, our jewellery is.
our suggestion is to not sleep wearing these pieces if there is room for concern. As well, we would suggest that people wearing these earrings are 8 years old and up, but parent/ gift at your own discretion. Even our 'minis' are intended for older children.

repairs/ replacements
depending on what has happened to your piece, we may offer to repair but not replace an item. Requests will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Make sure to reach out as soon as possible so we can get you back wearing your favourite pieces!
